The journey began with the first Whisk location in Niagara-on-the-Lake, where the café quickly became a favorite stop for both locals and visitors exploring the town’s charming streets. The warm reception and growing community around matcha inspired the team to expand and bring the Whisk experience to downtown Thorold, continuing the mission of creating welcoming spaces centered around wellness, quality, and connection.
